When will my order arrive? TOP
We ship orders as soon as payments are received. Please allow 7-14 business days plus additional shipping time for your order to arrive. If you need an order sooner please contact us via email before placing an order.
What forms of payments do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Bank cards as well as PayPal for your convenience. All payments and payment information is collected via an SSL secure server for your protection.
What if I don't have a PayPal account? TOP
Good news! You can still make safe purchases even if you don't have a PayPal account. When you are finished and you're ready to pay for your item and have clicked on the "Go to Payments" button, you will be taken to the PayPal website. Over on the left hand side of the page towards the bottom you will see a "Don't have a PayPal account"? Click continue and you will be prompted to enter your information and that's all you have to do to secure your payments.
What if I receive a damaged hair piece? TOP
Only if a mistake on our behalf, we will gladly fix or exchange your purchased item. Shipping costs will not be covered by us.
Do you wholesale your items? TOP
Yes.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
Bebes Decor would be more than happy to ship your purchased item internationally, please contact us before placing an order for additional fees and information.
Can you make a custom make an order for me? TOP
.Absolutely! Bebes Decor is known for its originality and its custom made orders. If you need an item to be custom made for your little one we will be more than glad to work with you and bring your vision to life. Don't have a vision? No worries, we will be more than happy to work with you one on one to help you design the head piece of your dreams.
What is your sales tax policy? TOP
Florida residents will have a 7% sales tax charge added to your purchase.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges? TOP
No refunds are available, but I do like my customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with an item you can exchange it for another item of equal or greater price with 7 days of purchase after item has been received. For custom orders we will not issue refunds or exchanges but we will be more than glad to fix any damaged items at no cost. Shipping costs will not be covered by us.
